During my recent Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with the spacious and clean rooms with a modern touch. The location was a key advantage as it allowed easy access to local attractions and transport. The staff members were warm and responsive to our needs.
Although the staff was friendly, the service needs improvement as the housekeeping was not always prompt in responding to our requests. the lack of a restaurant within the hotel premises made it difficult to get food during odd hours.
